JBS Redevelopment Site Project Description --

The City of Green Bay is working collaboratively with the surrounding community and stakeholders to redevelop the 25.6-acre JBS site.  The project's goals include innovative and sustainable development ideas for new housing, community parks, and public infrastructure connections.  The intent is a new community that boasts diverse, multi-generational, and culturally inclusive development patterns serving the existing surrounding neighborhood and employers and employees throughout the Greater Green Bay area.
